Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a complex developmental condition that affects how a person communicates, interacts with others, and experiences the world.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with functioning or development.

Tourette Syndrome is a neurological disorder characterized by repetitive, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics. It typically emerges in childhood, with the first signs often appearing between ages 5 and 10.

Intellectual Disabilities

Intellectual Disabilities (ID) are a group of disorders characterized by significant limitations in intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior. These limitations affect a person’s conceptual, social, and practical skills, and they typically originate before the age of 18.

Gifted and 2E

Gifted individuals have exceptional abilities in one or more areas, such as intellectual, creative, or academic fields. They often show advanced problem-solving skills, creativity, and a high capacity for learning.

Twice Exceptional (2E) individuals are both gifted and have one or more disabilities, such as learning disabilities, ADHD, or autism. This unique combination requires specialized support.

Welcome To My Journey

Hi, I’m Shradha, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with developmental disorders and their families. With a background in behavior therapy and a deep understanding of ADHD, autism, and other mental health challenges, I am dedicated to providing the support and resources that families need to thrive. 

As a Behavior Therapist, I have over 20 years of experience working with children on the spectrum in both India and USA. My journey has been both rewarding and enlightening, filled with moments that have strengthened my resolve to help every child reach their full potential. At Embrace, I guide extraordinary children and their families through personalized support plans.

Professional Background

My mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where children with developmental disorders can thrive. I believe in a holistic approach that not only focuses on the child but also provides support and education for the entire family. At Embrace, I aim to help parents connect with the right therapists and form a supportive community to access whatever help they need.
